The Reinado Internacional del Café (International Queen of Coffee) beauty pageant, was internationally launched in 1957.(Not held in 1958, 1960, 1962, 1964-71, 1977-78, 1980 and 1986)

The Reinado Internacional del Café 2010 beauty pageant, the 39th edition will be held in Manizales, Colombia, in January 9, 2010.

Reina Internacional del Café 2009, Alejandra Mesa Estrada from Colombia, will crown her successor at the end of the event. There are 21 beautiful contestants vying for the crown
