Cody Yerkovich was crowned Miss World New Zealand 2010

Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - A student of business management marketing 17 year-old Cody Yerkovich (photo-R), from the city of Kaitaia, was crowned Miss World New Zealand 2010 last Friday night during the pageant held in Sky City Convention Centre, Auckland.

The new Miss New Zealand, Working as a part time model, will represent New Zealand in Miss World 2010. Cody Yerkovich is part Maori, part German and part Croatian. She speaks English and Croatian.

While the 1st runner-up, Georgia Easter (photo-L), will complete New Zealand in Miss Tourism Queen 2010, and the 2nd runner-up, Emma McDonald, will compete in Miss International 2010.
