On Sunday june 23th  Leila Aigbedion has beenchosen as Miss Supranational Netherlands 2013. Shewill represent the Netherlands this September at the international Miss Supranational 2013finals in Minsk, Belarus.

Over the last few weeks twelve finalistscompeted to be crowned Miss Supranational Netherlands2013 "A real Miss Supranational hasthe charisma, passion and the will to put the Netherlands on the map" says Stefan Hoven - Lieuw Choy, organizer and webmaster of the Dutch beauty pageantwebsite www.misshollandnow.com. "Miss Supranational is the third largest international beauty pageant in the world after Miss Universe and Miss World. We have seen a great diversity in finalists this first year, which was themed "Shine like a diamond". In Miss Leila Aigbedionwe have found a Miss with great international potential whom will represent the Netherlands “shining bright like a diamond.” Leila is the first “Afro-dutch” beautyqueen to ever represent the Netherlands in an international beauty pageant.

Besides the title Miss Supranational the runner up Talisa Wolters, was crowned “Miss Grand Netherlands 2013”. She will represent the Netherlands in the first final of new international Miss Grand pageantin Thailand.
