PUTERI INDONESIA 2014

Elvira Devinamira, 20, is the new Puteri Indonesia 2014. She won the title tonight during a glittering gala event at the Jakarta Convention Center in Jakarta. The law student representing Jawa Timur (East Java) beat out 37 other women for the coveted crown and will compete for the Miss Universe 2014 title later this year. On hand for the ceremony, as has been customary since 1995 or so, was the reigning Miss Universe.
