Instead of "Viva Las Vegas," Miss France 2009 Chloe Mortaud is saying, "Vive Las Vegas." She is living in Las Vegas now, with fiance race-car driver Romain Thievan. What a beautiful couple! And yes, Prof. Chandni will insist to this very day that Chloe was robbed of a proper placement at both Miss Universe 2009 and Miss World 2009!
