Marlon Sequeira, 18, won the Mister Model Nicaragua 2012 title on Friday night during a gala event at the Hotel Seminole in Managua. Runners-up were Fernando Cañas and Alex Miranda. Rounding out the top six were Hauny Mendieta, Fernando, Herlan Cisneros, and Gian Carlo Guzmán. 18 men competed for the title.
