Model Francine Pantaleão, 23, is the new Miss São Paulo 2012 and will now compete in Miss Universe Brazil 2012, set for 29-September-2012. She won the title last night during a gala, televised ceremony. First runner-up was Layla Thamara Penas, 18, and second runner-up was Milena Xeder, 25.
