Miss Capital Federal Teresa Kuster, 24, is the new Miss Mundo Argentina 2013. She won the title last night during a gala event at City Center Rosario in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. Teresa, a model, hails from the Buenos Aires neighborhood, or barrio, of Villa Urquiza, named after Argentine general and politician Justo José de Urquiza y García. 

Buenos Aires is divided into 48 barrios, each one with a distinct character. Also, each barrio has its own coat of arms, or escudo, as well as holiday. Villa Urquiza's holiday is October 2. Teresa might miss this year's holiday. She is the South American nation's delegate to Miss World, which takes place on 28 September in Indonesia. If Teresa wins Miss World, she would become the country's third winner of the coveted crown.
