There is nothing that we love better than a regional or local co-ed contest in which the winners are crowned wearing their bathing suits! Over the weekend, one such contest took place in Brazil, the 23rd annual Miss e Mister Seridó pageant. The Miss Seridó 2013 winners were Délis Luana (Miss Seridó 2013); Fernanda Regia (first runner-up and Glamour Girl); and Elicia Silva (second runner-up and Musa Seridó). The Mister Seridó 2013 winners were Pedro Farias (Mister Seridó 2013); Franklin Anthony (first runner-up and Top Model); and Esdras Pereira (second runner-up and Charm Boy).
