MISS UNIVERSE TANZANIA 2013
The new Miss Universe Tanzania 2013 is Betty Boniface. She won the title last night, besting 14 other women. First runner-up was Clara Noor. Outgoing queen Winfrida Dominic was radiant as she handed over the crown!
