The new Mister Universo Mato Grosso (MT) 2013 is Mister Várzea Grande Victor Hugo Santos. He won the title over the weekend at a contest in Cuiabá. First runner-up (after a tie-breaking vote) was Mister Cuiabá Victor Bruno. Rounding out the top five were Mister Alta Floresta Rafaell Orlandi; Mister Poconé Rafael Figueiredo; and Mister Jaciara Kaleb Rios.
