Stunningly shredded blond Oleg Peretyatko, 23 and 1m89, won this year's edition of Men's Health Ukraine Man 2013. He was announced as the winner at a ceremony in October, and he graced the cover of the October issue of the magazine. He beat off eight other finalists for the title.
We think Oleg would make an excellent candidate for Mister Ukraine!
