Karen Schwarz, Miss Perú Universo 2009 and Claudia Carrasco, Miss Perú Mundo 2009 will crown their successors at the end of beauty pageant.

The winner of Miss Peru 2010 (Miss Peru Universe 2010) will the representative of Peru at the Miss Universe 2010 Pageant and Miss Continente Americano, the 1st runner up (Miss Peru World 2010) will go to the Miss World 2010 Pageant and Miss Hispanoamericana, and the 2nd runner up will go to the Miss Tourism Queen International Pageant and Miss Atlantico.
