This weekend saw a bevy of pageants take place, including the 25th annual Best Model of the World, held in Istabul. Turkey nabbed both of the top spots. In the female category, Turkey's Sezgi Akay won, followed by Belgium's Anais Garnier and Argentina's Antonella Ponso. In the male category, fellow Turk Berk Atan won, followed by France's Nicolas Ruel and Chad's Seid Mahamat.
