The USA might just have its first offical WAG! Miss Alabama USA 2012 and top ten finisher at Miss USA 2012 Katherine Webb was an instant television and social media sensation last night here in the land of the stars and stripes, thanks to the 2013 Discover BCS National Championship Game between college football teams Notre Dame and the University of Alabama and the fact that Katherine is the girlfriend of University of Alabama star quarterback AJ McCarron. The sportscasters seemed to talk more about her than the game itself, and her Twitter following went from roughly 5,000 to almost 57,000 in a matter of hours.
