Manila Standard Today, 08-Jan-2012: The Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas on Monday gave a regal welcome to its popular alumna Miss Universe runner-up Janine Tugonon who was also recognized for bringing honor to the Philippines. Students, bystanders and motorists waved at Tugonon who went to the red-carpet welcome in UST on a motorcade from the Araneta Center in Cubao with hundreds of people waving and taking pictures from the sidewalks.
