Miss Samoa Janine Tuivaiti, 20, won the Miss South Pacific 2012 title last weekend. Ten women from across the South Pacific competed in the 26th anniversary edition of the pageant, which was held in American Samoa. Miss Cook Islands Kate Ngatokorua was named Miss South Pacific 2012 first runner-up. Rounding out the top five were Miss Fiji Drue Slatter, Miss Papua New Guinea Ruby-Anne Laufa, and Miss American Samoa Arrielle Maloata. (Photo: Tony Gasu, Samoa News).
