The new Miss Universo Chile 2014 is Miss Rancagua, Hellen Toncio, 20. She won the coveted title on Monday, 08-dec-2014, at the Hotel Renaissance in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. Hellen is in her third year of orthodontist school at the Universidad de Talca. A total of 16 women competed in this year's contest.
