Mister Distrito Capital José Luis Fernández is the new Mister Handsome Venezuela 2013. He won the title last night during a gala ceremony at the Teatro Principal de la Hermandad Gallega in Caracas. He received his "bufanda" (sash) from the president of the Mister Handsome Venezuela organization Alberto Maneiro Restrepo. Runners-up were Mister Amazonas Raulmer Barreto and Mister Zulia Guillermo Piñeiro. Rounding out the top five were Mister Cojedes Luis Alfredo Hernández and Mister Sucre Marco Borjas. 29 men competed for the 10th annual title. Originally, there were 30 competitors, but Mister Delta Amacuro Glen Piñero dropped out before the finale.
