The new Miss Slovensko 2014 is Laura Longauerová, 18, of Detvy. She beat out 11 other women for the title tonight during a nationally-televised gala at the TV JOJ studios in Bratislava. Laura will now represent the Slovak Republic at Miss World 2014. The 19th annual edition of the Miss Slovensko saw Lucia Semankovej and Michaela Nguyenová named as runners-up.
