YAMAHA FASCINO MISS DIVA UNIVERSE 2014 (AKA MISS UNIVERSE INDIA 2014)

Noyonita Lodh, 21 and a student from Bangalore, is the new Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva Universe 2014. Runners-up for the coveted title were Alankrita Sahai of New Delhi and Asha Bhat of Bangalore. This year, the contest was presented as a TV series, and the the grand finale of the contest was taped earlier this month for airing tonight on Indian TV network Zee Cafe. The TV series was hosted by Miss Universe 2000 Lara Dutta, making her television debut. "With this new format, we want to replicate that international success. Having been a Miss Universe, I know that life and I'm excited to share it with the girls. The TV series gives the audience a chance to get to know the girls," Lara told The Times of India in a recent interview. 

Noyonita also won the Miss Rampwalk sub-contest.
