The new Miss Malaysia World 2013 is Melinder Kaur Bhullar, 20. She won the coveted title last night during a gala grand finale. The contest was marred by four Muslim contestants being barred from participating by a decree from the Malaysian Islamic National Fatwa Council Committee. Quel ironic, as Miss World 2013 will take place in the largest Muslim country in the world.
