First runner-up was Mister Belo Horizonte Paulo Henrique Bastos, 26 and 1m80. Tied for second runner-up were Mister Patos de Minas Michael Célio Martins, 24 and 1m84; and Mister Uberaba Ezequiel de Paula Araújo, 22 and 1m81. Capturing the sub-tile of Mister Popularidade was Mister Conceição das Alagoas Hassan Ibrahim, 18 and 1m76; Mister São João Nepomuceno Erick Barcellos, 22 and 1m78, won the sub-title of Mister Fitness.
