The 54th annual Rose of Tralee was crowned tonight during a glittering, televised gala. She is Texas Rose, Haley O'Sullivan, 25. Host Daithi O Se announced the winner tonight after two days of competition from 32 Roses throughout the globe. After winning, a tearful Ms O'Sullivan said: "Everyone was so fabulous, I can't believe this is happening."
