Last night, at trendy Stockholm club Ambassadeur, Alexandra Friberg won the title of Miss Universe Sverige 2013 (aka Miss Universe Sweden 2013). Capturing other titles at the climax of the gala event were Eleonore Lilja (Miss International Sweden 2013), Denice Endrée (Miss Earth Sweden 2013), and Izabell Hanh (Miss Bikini Sweden 2013). Congrats to all of you, ladies!
Sweden has a storied history as a nation - it was one of the first in Europe to emerge as an independent and unified country (during the Middle Ages), and it was one of the first European nations to emerge as a powerhouse in Miss Universe. Can Alexandra help re-build Sweden's storied Universal history? We'll find out this coming November in Moscow!
