If there is a type of pageant that we love more than co-ed pageants, it is the out of the ordinary type of pageant, and Miss High Times certainly qualifies! BTW, Dean Harris and Prof. Chandni will be traveling to Uruguay, via Seattle, Washington, as soon as the first pot shop opens in Montevideo! JK. Maybe. Sorta. LOL.
