Last night in Minsk, Belarus, at the conclusion of a glitzy, high-tech gala, Miss Philippines Mutya Datul won Miss Supranational 2013. Runners-up in the "new kid on the block" pageant were Miss Mexico; Miss Turkey; Miss Indonesia; and Miss U.S. Virgin Islands. Is Mutya's win a sign? Will Philippines have a hat trick this year? We'll see...
