The new Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2013 is Amanda Rathnayake, 23. She won the coveted title - and a trip to Moscow - today during a glittering, gala competition at the Mount Lavinia Hotel. Simerene Rabot was first runner-up; Kristina Treshiya Palliyaguruge was second runner-up. Rounding out the top five were Yanisha Ravandranadan and Denushka Weerapperuma. A total of ten women vied for the title.
