Miss Tela Diana Mendoza, 26, is the new Miss Universe Honduras 2013. She won the title last night, during a glittering gala held at the Hotel Real Intercontinental in San Pedro Sula. First runner-up in the contest was Miss El Progreso Natalia Coto; the second runner-up was Miss Tegucipalga. Gabriela Salazar. According to Honduran newspaper
La Prensa, Diana is Honduran-Canadian, lives in Toronto, and does not speak Spanish - "La joven no habla español, solo inglés."
