MISS MINAS GERAIS 2014

Goodness gracious! We almost missed this! Miss Timóteo Karen Porfiro is the new Miss Minas Gerais 2014. She won the title this past Wednesday evening (27-Aug-2014) at the climax of glittering, televised gala at the Teatro Bradesco do Minas Tênis Clube in Belo Horizonte. She now has a ticket to Miss Universo Brasil 2014, which will be held in the city of Fortaleza on 27-Sep-2014. Runners-up for the Miss Minas Gerais title were Miss Montes Claros Sarah Froi and Miss Senador Firmino Paloma Marques. Miss Universo Brasil 2013 - and top five finisher at Miss Universe 2013 - Jakelyne Oliviera was in attendance.
