MR LEBANON 2014

Rabih El Zein is the new Mr. Lebanon 2014. He won the on Sunday night, at the climax of a glittering gala at the Casino du Liban. He topped 17 other men for the coveted title. Runners-up were Jean Paul Bittar, Elie Gerges, Kamel Raad, and Mohamad Akel. Among the judges was Mr. Lebanon 2012 Rodolphe Bou, Miss Lebanon 2012 Rina Sheibani, and Lebanon's Minister of Tourism Elie Maroni. The final five had to respond to the same final question: "If ignorance is bliss, why strive for knowledge?" Rabih won the night, and received his royal sceptre and robe (and trophy!) to the beat of "It's Raining Men." The contest was taped for airing on Lebanese network MTV this Thursday.

Lebanese chanteuse Nawal el-Zoghbi, dressed in a stunning Zuhair Murad, provided the evening's entertainment.
