Ricardo Chan, 21 and 1m87, is the new Mr Universitario Costa Rica 2014. He won the title on Friday night, topping eight other men, at the climax of a gala event in the Hotel San José Palacio. Runners-up were Bernal Alvarado and Elder Arguedas.
